Copy and Paste Formatting and Styles
To copy and paste formatting:
- First copy an item that has the formatting you would like to paste. You can copy from the context menu (right click or long-press on an item), or by clicking on the item to edit it, and then using the
[ctrl] + [C]
(or[command] + [C]
on Mac) keyboard shortcuts. - Click on the item that the style should be applied to, to open it for editing.
- Press
[ctrl] + [alt] + [V]
(or[command] + [ctrl] + [V]
on Mac) to paste the style to the current item. - or, press
[ctrl] + [alt] + [shift] + [V]
(or[command] + [ctrl] + [shift] + [V]
on Mac) to paste the style to the current item and all of its descendent items.
As with copying branches, you can copy styles between different diagrams and tabs.
