To copy and paste formatting:

[ctrl] + [C](or
[command] + [C]on Mac) keyboard shortcuts.
- Click on the item that the style should be applied to, to open it for editing.
[ctrl] + [alt] + [V](or
[command] + [ctrl] + [V]on Mac) to paste the style to the current item.
- or, press
[ctrl] + [alt] + [shift] + [V](or
[command] + [ctrl] + [shift] + [V]on Mac) to paste the style to the current item and all of its descendent items.
As with copying branches, you can copy styles between different diagrams and tabs.
