Change text Alignment

The default text alignment in Coggle depends on the direction of the branch for an item, and whether a shape is assigned to an item.

Setting a fixed alignment is one of the features of our paid plans. To change it:

1. Click on the text item to open it
2. Click on the A icon for text formatting in the top of the text editing area
3. Click on the text alignment icon. The text alignment icon shows the current alignment, and changes when you click it. Click multiple times to toggle through the options: 
   • Left-aligned
   • Right-aligned
   • Centered
   • "auto" (the default)

Note: bullet-point lists are always left-aligned in Coggle, regardless of the alignment of the rest of the text.
