Change the email address on a Coggle account
We don't currently support changing the email address of a Coggle account, here's what we recommend instead:
- Create a new account with your new email address (you can create a Google account for any email address: https://accounts.google.com/signupwithoutgmail?hl=en)
- Share your existing folders & diagrams with your new account, being sure to give your new account "admin" access on folders (https://coggle.help/article/12-create-a-shared-folder)
- If you have a paid subscription we are able to transfer that to a different account – let us know if you'd like us to do that once you've created the new account. Just email email@example.com from your old address, letting us know the new address the subscription should be transferred to.
