View and Print Payment Invoices

You can view and print invoices for all payments you have made for your account. To view and print payment invoices for your account:

For Personal Subscriptions (Awesome, Awesome Yearly and Supporter):

  1. Open your accounts settings page from the menu in the top left of the home page, or by navigating to coggle.it/me.
  2. Select 'Billing and Invoices'  in the sidebar.
  3. A list of all of your previous invoices will appear underneath your current subscription information.
  4. Click on each invoice to view it, or print it from your browser's settings menu.

Note: if you do not see any invoices or subscription information, check that you have logged in with the same email address you used to sign up. We will email you a receipt email to your log-in address after each payment: if you log in with a different address you will not be able to manage your subscription or view your invoices.

For Organisation Accounts

  1. You must be an Organisation administrator to view the billing and invoices section. If you are not an Administrator you will not be able to open the settings dashboard - ask an administrator to do it for you, or to make you an administrator first.
  2. Select the Organisation's icon in the sidebar on the homepage.
  3. Click On the 'Administrator of (Organisation Name)' banner in the top left of the page to open the Organisation's settings dashboard.
  4. Select 'Billing and Invoices'  in the sidebar.
  5. Click on each invoice to view it, or print it from your browser's settings menu.

Note: you will receive automated receipt emails after each payments: these are not our formal invoices. Formal invoices can only be viewed and printed from your settings pages.
