Move a diagram into your Organisation Area

If you've been invited to, or created, a Coggle Organisation, then you have a separate area for your Organisation documents.

You might need to move a document into the Organisation area – for example if you accidentally create a work document in your personal area, or you created files before joining the Organisation.

To do this, just drag and drop the diagram from one of your folders onto the Organisation's icon:

Note that a diagram cannot be in both your organisation area, and in your personal area, also once a diagram is moved into an organisation it is not possible to drag it back out again, in order to ensure that data from Organisations cannot accidentally be shared.
