Do my collaborators need a paid subscription?

Free accounts can share and collaborate without a paid subscription by inviting people to collaborate by email. Over 100 people can edit the same diagram at the same time.

If you do have a paid subscription, you can also share links allowing people to edit with you without having to sign in, and when you invite people to edit your diagrams they will be able to use most of the paid features while editing with you, including the advanced shapes and colours, and control points to adjust line paths.
