Sort Diagrams in a Folder

Within any folder (or on the search results page), you can change the order of diagrams: Click the small triangular icon at the top right of the folder view, then choose between the options:

• Custom Order: the default order in Coggle, most recently created diagrams start at the top, but you can also drag to re-order, and the order is remembered permanently.
• A-Z, Z-A: alphabetically sorted by title (dictionary order).
• Created most recently / Created longest ago: Sorted by the time the diagram was originally created.
• Modified most recently / Modified least recently: Sorted by the time the diagram was last modified (including edits by someone else, if you are sharing the diagram).

The top left of each diagram thumbnail displays the time, e.g. '9 minutes ago' that a diagram was last edited. If the diagram title is highlighted in green, then the diagram has been edited by someone else since the last time you viewed it.
