Share by QR Code

QR codes let you quickly share a coggle diagram with people in a meeting room, classroom, or over a video call.

Click the 'Create QR Code' button in the sharing dialog.  The QR code gives access to anyone viewing it until you delete the QR code:

To scan a QR code, open the camera on your device, and point it at the code. You'll immediately be able to view the diagram, and see changes as it is updated.

If you have a paid subscription you can also choose to allow people viewing the QR code to edit, as well as view, using the red pencil icon.

Deleting the QR code permanently disables access for everyone using it. When you create a new QR code, collaborators will have to scan it again.
